1. About Call Search's Call List

Below the Time Series & Histogram visualizations, a query that has been run includes a list of all calls where the search terms were used, given your filtering criteria. For each call, a color coding which matches the one used for each query line indicates which search terms have been detected.
For instance, in this print-screen, the color-coding indicates that James Johnson’s call from Jan. 29th, 2022 includes 3 search terms:
- “breathing” (purple)
- “conscious and/or awake” (light blue)
- “phone number” (dark blue)
The call list is an extremely useful tool to evaluate protocol adherence. In order to get further insights on a specific call, you can jump directly into one of those calls, listen to the recording, and even conduct an evaluation within Corti.
