Explore aims at facilitating your organization's call review so that your organization can conduct call reviews efficiently and thereby increase the likelihood of call takers getting instant feedback, as well as increase its ability to spend resources where it is needed the most.
Explore is divided into 2 views: the Call List View, and the Single Case View.
These views are both relevant in the context of call review.
