Learn how to acknowledge that a call's review has been read and understood

Only the the call-taker/dispatcher who triaged the call can acknowledge the review.
1. Introduction
Whenever a review is conducted on a case, the call-taker/dispatcher who triaged the call will receive a notification informing them that a case triaged by them has been reviewed.
Once the call-taker has read the review of their call, they can acknowledge the review at the end.
This article will take you through all of the necessary steps to acknowledge a call's review.
2. Step-by-Step Guidance
- From the Explore or the Dashboard module, identify the call you want to view
- Click on it and you'll be redirected to the call's Single Case View
- In the right sidebar, click on the Review Tab
- Below the "CREATED REVIEWS" section of the Review Tab, you will see the review of your call
- Notice that the status of the review says "Confirmation needed". This review has yet to be acknowledged.
- Select the review to open it
- At the end of the review, there is an "ACKNOLWEDGE" button. Click it to acknowledge that the review has been seen and read.
- The status of the review will be updated to "Acknowledged" to show that the call-taker has acknowledged the review
