Learn how to activate or deactivate previously created keyword detections, so they stop/resume feeding into other functionalities of the application.

Introduction
Keyword detections enable your organization to customize the support powered by Corti's custom keyword detections models. In addition to enabling users to create their own detection models, the Corti platform gives users the possibility to change the activation status of their custom keyword detections so that your organization can benefit from an AI support that can adapt to changing conditions.
Previously created keyword detections can be activated or deactivated, enabling you to decide which detections should be in used and allowing for previous settings to be saved when not in use.
⚠️ Completing the steps mentioned in this HOW-TO requires permissions to work in the Topic Management View, in the Organization Settings Module. Contact your administrator if you are in need of additional permissions.
Step-by-Step Guidance
To activate or deactivate an existing keyword detection:
1. From the Corti Menu, go to the Organization Settings Module and select the Topic Management View
2. Identify the detection you want to (de)active
3. Click on the switch next to your detection's name to change its activation status:
- a switch colored in blue means that the detection is activated, and detections will be generated
- a switch colored in grey means the detection is deactivated. Detections will not be generated.
