The platform can host multiple types of evaluation forms so that each time a call is reviewed, the most relevant evaluation form can be chosen according to the type of review that the user has to carry out.

The review forms are developed according to the requirements of the organization and eventually created/updated in the application by the Corti team.
If a new form needs to be implemented or a change needs to be made to an existing form, the customer needs to reach out to the Corti Customer Success/Product team. They will be able to inform the customer of how much information they need in order to implement a new review form in the environment.
