How to Delete a Version of a Graph

Find out how to delete a version of a call protocol

The Protocol Editor is part of Corti Engage. To access the Protocol Editor, Protocol Graph Editor app permission is required

1. Introduction

The Protocol Editor - Main View maintains an overview of all your organization's protocols. As well as current call protocols, the platform also saves previous versions and details of how they have been edited over time. To facilitate this, every time you make edits to a previously released protocol, a new version of the graph is created. If necessary, it is possible to delete a version of a graph without deleting the whole protocol. Before deleting a version, be sure it will not be needed for future reference. If required, you may also delete a protocol and all of its versions.

Note: Only Released or Draft versions can be deleted. An Active graph can not be deleted.

2. Step-By-Step Guidance

You can delete a version of a graph in the Protocol Editor - Main View

  • Select the graph that contains the version to be deleted from the Left Sidebar
  • Ensure you have the correct graph and version, and click on the elipsis (...) to the right of the version's name
  • From the drop-down menu, select Delete
  • A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm deletion
  • Click Confirm to confirm deletion
  • Note that the deleted version disappears from the Central Display

Note: Be aware that there is no trash container. Once a graph has been deleted, it will not be retrievable.
