Find out how to delete a previously saved filter

To use the filter tool in the Call List View - Explore the permissions Explore app and View AI models are required. To make filters available to all users Create public case filters permission is required. If you need additional permissions contact your administrator.
1. Introduction
Filters can be saved in the Call List View so you can quickly search for or be notified of calls that meet your selected criteria. If you no longer have a use for a filter you can delete in filter settings in the call list view.
2. Step-by-Step Guidance
- Filters can be managed in Explore in the Call List View
- Click on the funnel icon to the right of the search bar
- In the drop-down window, click on MY FILTERS, which opens the Saved Filters sidebar
- The sidebar lists all previously saved filters
- Find the filter you would like to delete
- Click on the menu (...) to the right of the filter and select Delete
- A confirmation window will appear before the filter is deleted
Note: Deleting a public filter will delete it for all users. All users with Create public case filters permission can delete a public filter
