Learn how to manually add your own annotations on a call-by-call basis.

1. Introduction
While the Corti AI automatically annotates each call, you may want to supplement with additional annotations.
You can only add annotations that have already been created in the system by Corti. Contact you Customer Success manager with manual annotations upload request.
2. Step-by-step guidance
- From the Explore or the Compliance, identify the call you want to listen to
- Click on it, you'll be redirected to the call's Single Case View
- Select a section of the audio file
- Right click inside the selection and click on "Create new annotation"
- Select the appropriate annotation from the list.
- Click on confirm
- Once you have added all the annotations you need, click SAVE at the bottom of the audio waveform
