Find out out to make changes to draft protocols
The Protocol Editor is part of Corti Engage. To access the Protocol Editor, Protocol Graph Editor app permission is required
1. Introduction
The Protocol Editor - Main view is where you can view and manage all of your organization's call protocols.
There is a three step process in producing a protocol for use. New graphs (protocols) will automatically be allocated draft status, and can be freely edited in the Single Branch View until ready for use. The Single Branch View also allows you to save your draft to work on later.
As well as starting from scratch, you can make a draft from a Released (ready to use) or Active (in use) protocols. While these graphs cannot be edited directly, you can import their settings into a new draft to refine procedures or make updates. This will make a new version of your protocol, whilst saving the original for future reference.
New draft protocols or draft versions can both be saved and edited until they are ready for release.
2. Step-By-Step Guidance
You can open your drafts for editing from the Protocol Editor - Main View
- Select the graph from the list on the Left Sidebar. This will open the graph and display current/previous versions
- Once you identified the graph and version you want to work with click on the ellipsis (...) to the right and selecting Open in Editor (you may also click directly on the version name)
- This will open the graph in the Single Node View

Note: It is only possible to edit graphs with draft status in the single node view. Released or active graphs may be opened in a read-only format.
