Learn how to play back an audio file / call in the Single Case View
1. Introduction
There are many instances where organizations need to play back the audio of a call either for the purposes of peer review, training purposes, or quality assurance.
This article aims at guiding you through how to play back an audio file in Explore in the Single Case View.
⚠️ This requires access to the Single Case View. This is accessible from the Explore and the Compliance module.
2. Step-by-step guidance
- From Explore or the Dashboard Page, identify the call you want to listen to
- Click on it, you'll be redirected to the call's Single Case View
- At the bottom of the waveform display, press play/pause
