How to remove a review notification?
A user assigned to review a call gets notification in Home page. This article describes how to remove the notification.
The review notification appear in Home tab.
A user with access to Home can see notifications on assigned and reviewed cases there.
Access to Home is granted with Home app permission.
A review notification is removed by clicking Archive:
A case or a review is not deleted if notification is archived.
