Learn how to save a query to view it at a later point in time
1. Introduction
Once you have configured a transcript search in a query, you might want to save your work so you can quickly refer to it at a later point in time. This is for instance useful for query search you might need on a recurring basis.
This HOW-TO requires access to the Call Search View, part of the Dashboard Module.
2. Step-by-step guidance
⚠️ A prerequisite to this HOW-TO is that the query has already been created. To learn how to create a query, click here.
Once you created and populated a query, you can save it by clicking on the floppy disk at the top right corner of your query’s page.
💡 Once the query has been saved, you’ll notice that:
- If your query has not been saved before, clicking on the floppy disk will trigger your query's title to appear in the left side-bar, along with your other saved queries.
- Below your query’s title, a notification indicates the time at which your query was saved last.
