How to turn on notifications for high-priority calls

Subscribe to a filter to receive an alert when a new call meets its criteria

To use the filter tool in the Call List View - Explore the permissions Explore app and View AI models are required. If you need additional permissions contact your administrator.

1. Introduction

Subscribing to a filter in Call List View in Explore means you will automatically be kept up-to-date with the calls that are most important and relevant to you. Detailed call metadata (including information either entered by dispatchers, imported from Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD) or automatically detected by Corti) lets you be highly specific in determining the attributes of your call list, meaning you don't have to spend time manually sorting.

Once you have created your filter, simply save and subscribe to receive a notification when a newly uploaded call is a match, ensuring high-priority calls get your attention as soon as possible.

2. Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. The Filter tool is accessible through the funnel icon button in the top right corner of the Call List View in Explore
  2. In the drop-down menu select MY FILTERS
  3. The Saved filters sidebar will open which lists all filters you have previously created as well as other public filters. It is only possible to subscribe to a filter you have created ⚠️
  4. Find the filter you would like to subscribe to and click on the menu (...) to the right side
  5. Click on Subscribe. The Subscribed tag will appear under the filter and it will also be added to the list of subscribed filters
  6. When a call is uploaded that matches the filter specifications you will receive a notification in the user's Home Page
  7. If you would like to stop receiving notifications, follow the same procedure and click Unsubscribe

Note: Filters need to be created and saved before you can subscribe to notifications. Follow the links or see Further Reading for more information
