1. Introduction
Once a review has been completed and submitted, it is necessary to find the review again in order to follow-up on it, check its status, or acknowledge that the review has been read and understood.
This article aims at guiding you through how to locate and view a completed review.
2. Step-by-Step Guidance
- From the Explore or the Dashboard module, identify the call you want to view
- Click on it and you'll be redirected to the call's single case view
- In the right sidebar, click on the Review Tab
- Below the "CREATED REVIEWS" section of the Review Tab, you will see any reviews that have been completed for the call
- Select the appropriate review to open it
