How to View a Completed Review

Learn how to locate a submitted review for follow-up or confirmation

1. Introduction

Once a review has been completed and submitted, it is necessary to find the review again in order to follow-up on it, check its status, or acknowledge that the review has been read and understood.

This article aims at guiding you through how to locate and view a completed review.

2. Step-by-Step Guidance 

  1. From the Explore or the Dashboard module, identify the call you want to view
  2. Click on it and you'll be redirected to the call's single case view
  3. In the right sidebar, click on the Review Tab
  4. Below the "CREATED REVIEWS" section of the Review Tab, you will see any reviews that have been completed for the call
  5. Select the appropriate review to open it
