Levels of access to Compliance dashboards: Private and Public views

Performance view in the Compliance can be configured to be available to the owner (the user who creates the view, and then it is a Private view) or to the whole organisation (Public view)

To access Compliance a user should have View performance views permission.

To create and edit a view Performance view management permission should be included to a user role.

While creating a new compliance dashboard , there are two levels of access available to a user: private and public.

Private View

A private dashboard is only available to a user who has created it.

To create a private view:

  1. Add a new view by clicking + icon next to Views.
  2. Select trackers.
  3. Change the name of the view.

If a user attempts to save dashboard with the default name "New Compliance View" Corti shows error message duplicate key value violates unique constraint, which is expected because the name of the view should UNIQUE on the organisation level.

4. Set visibility to Private.

5. Save.
