# Co-Pilot: how to add a new user

## See below what is needed to have a new user added to Co-Pilot environment, as well as password requirements

### How to add a new user to Co-Pilot

Currently new users can be added by Corti Co-Pilot team only. To add a new user contact your Adoption manager.

### What details should be provided

All we need to set up a new user is their email and full name.

### What does a user need to do after receiving credentials

On the first attempt to log in the user will be asked to set their own password:

**Password requirements:**

- at least 16 characters long
- include an uppercase letter, a lower case letter, a number and a special character
