# How to add trackers to the Compliance dashboard

## A compliance view is built based on trackers e.g. key questions for Police, Fire or Medical response

To add new trackers for an organisation:

1. Go to Org. Settings \> Annotations.
2. Click Create annotation.
3. Choose (or add new) category and set the name.
4. Select the color (that would be visible in single case view on the timeline of the call)
5. Set search terms (what exactly should be picked up in a call: specific words, phrases, questions)

Once the new trackers are added, those can be selected to be used in a compliance view:
