To make filters available to all users **Create public case filters** permission is required. If you need additional permissions contact your administrator. 1\. Introduction Filters can be saved in the **Call List View** so you can quickly search for or be notified of calls that meet your selected criteria. If you no longer have a use for a filter you can delete in filter settings in the call list view.    2\. Step-by-Step Guidance  1. Click on the funnel icon to the right of the search bar 3. In the drop-down window, click on **MY FILTERS**, which opens the **Saved Filters** sidebar 4. The sidebar lists all previously saved filters 5. Find the filter you would like to delete 6. Click on the menu (**...**) to the right of the filter and select **Delete** 7. A confirmation window will appear before the filter is deleted Note: Deleting a public filter will delete it for all users. All users with **Create public case filters** permission can delete a public filter    3\.
