About the User View ![](https://help-legacy.corti.ai/hubfs/undefined-Apr-05-2022-02-02-41-17-PM.png)Within the Organization Settings Module, the User View enables users to view the list of all user accounts registered in the platform. In addition, users may have permission to add new or delete existing user accounts. From the user View, users may also be able to edit other user information. Having an account with admin role is typically required to access and work in the User View. If you need additional permission, contact your administrator. In the User View, each user account is represented by a tile. For each user account, the menu in the top right corner of its tile (**...**) provides access to available actions, including: - [**Edit**:](https://3997889.hs-sites.com/knowledge/editing-existing-user-details?hsLang=en) to edit a user's Name, Email, Extension and External ID. - [**Change role**](https://3997889.hs-sites.com/knowledge/how-to-change-user-roles?hsLang=en): to assign a user a different user role, according to the existing roles created in the application. - [**Change password:**](https://3997889.hs-sites.com/knowledge/how-to-change-user-password?hsLang=en) to change a user's password - [**Reset password:**](https://3997889.hs-sites.com/knowledge/how-to-reset-user-passwords?hsLang=en)to reset a user's password - [**Delete user:**](https://3997889.hs-sites.com/knowledge/how-to-delete-a-user?hsLang=en) to delete a user Furthermore, the user view allows you to [**add new users**](https://3997889.hs-sites.com/knowledge/adding-new-users?hsLang=en) to your organization and [**search**](https://3997889.hs-sites.com/knowledge/how-to-search-users?hsLang=en) existing users.
