Release notes: Clear and Engage version 23.11.4

This release includes fixes for the bugs found by Corti team.

Clear

  • The call counter in Compliance showed wrong total number of calls - fixed, now total number equals to the actual number of calls in individual list

Engage

  • Dropdown node did not show any items on the list if a user clicks on the dropdown field - fixed:
    dropdown list

  • When hovering over the user's overall score, all numbers were red even if the score was high - fixed

Please be informed of a known issue:

  • A triage session is not consistently updated in Spectator mode
