Additional Sorting Options for Performance Dashboard

Previously, the Performance Dashboard defaulted by listing call takers by their first name. We have added the ability to sort the Call Taker List by Call Taker first name, Compliance Level, and Total Number of Calls. Users with access to the Performance Dashboard will now see arrows next to the column headers in the Call Taker List. Clicking the arrow will sort the list in descending order for the selected column. An additional click will re-sort the list in ascending order.

Note: The default behavior of the Call Taker List will sort on Compliance Level.

General Updates

  • Users with Appropriate Permissions Can Now Change Passwords
    • We have fixed an issue where even users with the appropriate permissions to be able to change user passwords were unable to do so. Now, all users with the User Administration permission will be able to update another user’s password for them.

Clear

  • Performance Enhancement to Export Review Form Workflow
    • We have optimized the performance when a user chooses to export the review form contents. From the Explore homepage, users with appropriate access are able to export review forms from by selecting the ellipses icon at the top of the page and selecting export. This export of review forms has been optimized to be faster for users.
  • Select timeline entry definitions for hints detections failing
    • Some users had reported an issue where annotations were inconsistently appearing as a linked detection in a review form. We have updated the behavior so that all linked annotations in the feedback form now appear in the detections section of the relevant option when using the review form in the single call view.
  • Template Builder Navigation Improvements
    • We have updated the behavior for users building review forms in the Feedback Form Template Builder. The following navigation improvements were made:
      • After publishing a new review form, users will be redirected to the list of all Feedback Form Templates.
      • When in the Feedback Form Template Builder, users are now able to navigate away from the builder if there is no content in the forms.
  • Inconsistent ordering of trackers between dashboard and hover
    • Previously, the order of the tracker tiles on the Performance Dashboard and the order of the hover scores for individual users did not match the order. We have updated the behavior so now the order of the scores when hovering over a user’s performance score will match the order of the tracker tiles on the Performance Dashboard.

Engage

  • Richtext Editor Placement Issue
    • We have fixed an issue where the menu for rich text in the Protocol Editor was appearing in the top left corner of the screen rather than above the card that was being edited. Now the rich text menu is appearing as anticipated.
  • Zoom crashes the document viewer in Triage
    • We have fixed an issue that caused crashing when users opened a document in Triage and clicked the zoom buttons. Users are now able to zoom in on documents when they open them in the Triage flow.
