Release Notes: Clear and Engage version 23.02.03

Release date: February 13, 2023

FEATURES

Improved Left Navigation Bar User Experience

We received feedback that the hover functionality of the Left Sidebar Menu would sometimes confuse users when it would appear upon hover. Instead we have made the sidebar click responsive. Now users will be able to click the sidebar open or closed to ensure the anticipated behavior occurs for the user.

Note: The state of the Navigation Bar perpetuates for a given session (e.g. if a user refreshes the window with the sidebar closed, the sidebar will still stay closed).

Clear

Additional Flexibility For Self Review Programs

We have added permissions to increase the flexibility of staff review programs. Some organizations we work with find it an incredible benefit to give call takers access to hear their own recorded calls. Others would like to go a step further and have call takers review a set number of their own cases every week. We have added a permission to Explore to effectively split the current permissions and thereby increase flexibility. Now, without this new ‘Access Other User’s Cases’ permission, when accessing Explore, users will be shown a message showing them that only their cases are being displayed.

Note: Existing Clear and Voyager AI customers will have the new permission added to all roles to ensure the current default behavior continues. Please reach out to your Corti CSM if you have any questions about this new permission and how you can use it to drive a self review program.

Notifications for Anonymous Feedback Forms

We have further enhanced the Anonymous Feedback Form functionality to ensure that users changing the privacy of a feedback form get additional notifications. In addition to the functionality noted in Version 22.01.05 that allow users to toggle a Feedback Form to be Anonymous, there is now tooltip text describing the setting to the user. When clicking the toggle, the user will also receive a popup modal explaining the change in behavior for the selected form.

Filter Detections from Appearing

We have received feedback that some organizations would like more control over which of Corti’s proprietary detections appear in the Case List View and within the Single Case View. Corti is now able to help you configure which Annotations and Detections you would like to suppress to make sure that only those that are relevant to your organizational goals are visible.

Additional Details in Call Search Output

We have added the Case ID to the data exported in .csv format when users export from Call Search. This additional data point will allow for users to more easily access the appropriate calls in Clear when they want to review the call for additional context.

Engage

Improved Right Navigation Bar in Triage

For functionality in the Right Side Bar (e.g. Pinned Nodes), the open/close status of the side bar will perpetuate between Triage Sessions. This will allow for less clicks and a more familiar workspace for call takers to ensure they can spend more time with the caller.

FIXED

  • Edit/View/Window options are not available in the electron app
    • We have updated behavior for users of Corti’s electron app (i.e. not via a browser). Previously, users would need to click Alt on their keyboard to show Edit, View, and Window options in the app. Now, the options will always display so users no longer need a keyboard shortcut to show these menu options.

Clear

  • Redundant Annotations
    • We have fixed an issue where in some instances Annotations were appearing as duplicate in some calls. Now, only a single annotation will appear when detected.

Note: This applies to duplicates of the same detection. For example, if a call taker says ‘What is the patient’s name?’ and your instance has an annotation configured to detect ‘name’ and another annotation to detect ‘What is the patient’s name?’ you will still see one annotation for each detected phrase.

  • Duplicate calls in Individual Dashboard Call List

    • We have fixed an issue where in some cases if a user scrolls to the bottom of the call list in the Individual Dashboard, the call list would load with duplicate calls already listed. The total number of calls on the dashboard would be correct, but the list itself would include duplicates. Now, calls will only appear once in the Individual Dashboard.

  • Improved Load Time

    • We have improved code performance to improve the load times for Explore. We continuously look at opportunities for faster load times for our customers and will continue working to further improve upon this. One adjustment users will see in this release is the default lookback period for the dashboard will be changed to 30 days from 90 days.

  • Customizing Performance Goal sends back error for specific values

    • Corti identified an issue where if an organization changes their Compliance Target to 55-58%, an error would appear and the target goal would not update from the previous number. Now, organizations are able to select any Compliance Target between 0 and 100%.

  • Remove Transcript Search Feature in Explore

    • Due to the release of Call Search last year, we sunset the use of Transcript Search from the Explore page. After monitoring usage over a matter of months, we will now be removing the option from the platform.

Engage

  • Wider Search Results for “Select Action” Search Bar

    • We have received feedback from users that for those with longer protocol names, a wider “Select Action” Search Bar would be beneficial to ensure accurate selections. We have now expanded the search bar so users can more easily select the right protocol branch in the Editor.
