Improved Dashboard Speed and Performance

We are continuously working on how we can improve the user experience of our application and one of our key focuses right now is improving the speed and performance of the Dashboard. The ways we have improved in this release includes but is not limited to:

  • Temporarily disabling the Performance Trend feature
  • Optimizing Elasticsearch Queries
  • Improved Sorting in Search Queries

We remain committed to performance and look forward to sharing other improvement work in future release notes.

  • Review Queue Returning Inconsistent Data
    • We have fixed an issue where in some instances when filtering on “Completed” cases in the Review Queue, some cases in the status of “Needs Acknowledgment” were returning. Now, the filter will only return “Completed” cases.
  • Unable to Unassign Reviews with Deleted Users
    • We have fixed an issue where if multiple users are assigned to review a case and one of the users is subsequently deleted from the Corti platform, the other assigned user cannot be unassigned from the case. Now, assign/unassign will work regardless of other users assigned a review on the case.
Note: Corti best practice is to not delete users, but rather assign any users that leave your organization to another role without any permissions. This ensures data integrity of users that may leave your organization.
  • Assigned Reviewer Remains in SCV after Submission of Public Template
    • We have fixed an issue that was causing confusion for users: a user remained as "assigned reviewer" after submitting review form. If a user submits a review on the case, the assigned reviewer section of SCV should be cleared and now it works exactly as expected.
  • Call List Order for the Individual Call-List
    • We have fixed an issue where the Individual Call-List was not loading in descending date/time order. Now the list will load the most recent calls first.
