Search field in large Select blocks
Users can now make a block “searchable” while triaging (in Protocol Editor go to Edit content>Select the block>Tick Add search by options)

A search field will appear on the top of the block, to make it easier for the call-taker to find the option they are looking for:
Better Mobile Responsiveness for Triage
- We have updated responsiveness to improve the visibility of cards in the Triage app in instances where the call taker has narrowed the window. If a call taker resizes the window, then the card will similarly update to ensure the call taker can still easily navigate through the protocol flow.
Save Warning When Leaving the Protocol Editor
We have responded to customer feedback to ensure that all of your hard work in the Protocol Editor gets saved. Now, when a user navigates away from the Protocol Editor and parts of the graph are not yet saved, a warning will show up prompting the user to save the graph.
Easier Linking of Nodes in the Protocol Editor
We have updated the behavior of the protocol so whenever a user drags a node, a selection box or a connection line to the border of the pane, it automatically pans into that direction. This enables the users to connect nodes without having to scroll around and organize nodes more easily.

GENERAL UPDATES
- Customer Specific Login Page
- For customers accessing Corti using my.corti.app, you will notice new behavior on the login screen. Users will still be able to use my.corti.app to access the platform, this will now redirect to a customer specific URL and login screen (e.g. organizationname.corti.live). This update helps to ensure users log into the most up to date platform and allows for easier bookmarking.

- Case Assignment for Self Reviewers
- We have updated behavior to ensure users can only be assigned reviews for those cases they have permission to access. In order to be assigned a case for review, the assignee must have the "Access Other User's Cases" permission in their role.
- Calls Displayed When Loading User Dashboard
- We have fixed an issue that occurred when a user navigates from one user's dashboard to another user's Performance Dashboard in quick succession. Previously, in rare instances the calls for the first user loaded would appear on the second user's dashboard (Note: This would not impact scoring). This has been updated so only the calls for the current user will display.
Engage
- Ensure Saving of Values in Flow Value Collectors
- In the past, if a call-taker started typing a custom value in a Flow Value Collector and removed focus from the FVC instead of hitting Enter, it wouldn’t be saved but only if this was the first value entered in FVC. This has been fixed and now the values are always saved.
