      Release Notes: Clear and Engage version 23.06.4

      General Updates

      Clear

      • Cosmetic front-end update
        We are constantly working on improving both functional and visual components of Clear, and in this release cycle we have made cosmetic changes to enhance UI.

      FIXED

      General Fixes

      • Backend bug fixes&improvements
      To ensure release process corresponds to a high standard that we aim to provide to Corti customers, multiple backend improvements and bug fixes have been rolled out. User experience is not impacted by those changes.

      Clear

      • False detections
        Our team have found an issue with false detections and now it is fixed.
      • Call search filter by protocol
        We have encountered an issue with  filtering by protocol, now this feature works as expected.

      Engage

      • Pinned notes in triage flow are now in alphabetical order

      pins alphabeticalNote, if the name of the item contains a number, then pins are organised in ascending order. 

      • Size of widget alerts has been optimised
