- Obvious question feature: AI determines if the caller is the patient
We are introducing Obvious question feature to optimise performance tracking. The use cases for this feature are conscious/breathing/"Are you with the patient now?" questions.
As an example, if the caller is the patient, the call taker would not ask "Is he/she awake" question, and that would be reflected in detection and influence the call taker's score.
To enable Obvious feature for a detection, and ensure having only relevant detections influencing call-takers score:
- Go to Org.Settings>Annotations
- Create annotation, or open an existing one, and toggle the Obvious feature on:
The annotation will be marked as obvious in Detection panel(SCV) and reflected in performance tracker:
- Speed improvement to performance dashboard

- Read only banner for the released protocols
Note, that now Save graph button is disabled for released graphs.
FIXED

- Missing takeover notification - fixed
- There is been an issue with missing session takeover notification, when a user logs into a triage session, and the owner has previously left the same session. Now the takeover notification is back.
