Clear
- Deleted feedback forms are now shown in Explore>Export reviews
If a review had been submitted, but the feedback form has been removed, there is an option now to still export reviews.
Note, that deleted feedback form is not stored in Feedback templates.
- Participants column in Explore
The participants column has been added to Explore page to store user names of a call participants.
How Participants are different form Created by or Users?
Created by is the entity that refers to a Case, so it shows who has created the case.
Users is a triage based entity, which means that in this column you will see the name of a user who owned the triage session.
The participants column stores the name of the call-taker, e.g. a nurse who started a call, but did not start a triage session.
- Custom fields in Explore: properties and call properties
Introducing custom call properties that can be added to Explore table and used for filtering. The list of properties depends on an organisation and will be defined with support from Corti Integration team.
Engage
- Visible scrollbar in Note (Protocol Editor)
To improve UI of a text block, in particular Note feature, a scrollbar visible at all times has been added. Now a user will see if there is a lot of information in a note.FIXED
Minor fixes for both Clear and Engage.
