• Trackers organised by category in Compliance

To improve user experience by keeping trackers in order we have added a feature of organised trackers: now all trackers categories are displayed with the Category name in alphabetical order:

As for now, numbers are not fully supported to better organise categories, however our team is already on it.

If a blank title shows up under the Trackers it means that the category name was set blank. With the v. 24.01.3 it would not be possible to use blank space in Category name field.

Engage

• Date picker improvement: adding time

To add a time stamp to a date picker block:

1. Select date picker block (or add one) in protocol editor.
2. Scroll down to Include time selector and click on the checkbox

Note, time format (hh:mm:ss, hh:mm) depends on the time format set for a customer environment.

• Allow deleting items in a multiselect dropdown with backspace

• More descriptive error message in Protocol editor

The UI of error message on safe graph has been changed, so the error is highlighted and there is a descriptive error message shown to user:

• Blank spaces as a Category in an annotation
  • We have restricted a user to add blank spaces to a category name in Annotations (if attempted, the field will be highlighted as Required and an annotation can not be saved)
• No error message if a new user with a duplicate email is added - fixed
  • Now Users page returns an error message if a user with existing email is added
    
    
• Cosmetic UI improvements

Engage

• Flow value collector splitting values into multiple key&value combinations - fixed
  
  • For the flows where FVC is set to collect multiple values for one key, those values would be separated by a comma. The bug caused multiple keys to be appearing for each value, not a combination: "key: value1, value2, value3"
• Interview windows stacking on one another
  • If a user creates an interview, and then returns to Triage, the interview window. would still be opened. The issue has been fixed.
