Customers that have both AQUA 7 and Voyager AI, can use Voyager AI to listen to calls, and get help filling in the review form in AQUA faster and more precisely with AI detections.
Prerequisites:
- Requires AQUA 7 from 2022 November or newer
- Requires a license enabled from Priority Dispatch. You may need to contact your PDC Regional Account Manager and ask for the AQUA 7/Corti interface license.
- Corti version 15-10 or higher (for customers on version 15-9, see bottom of article)
Setup Steps:
Before we get into the details, at a high level, steps need to be taken both within Corti and AQUA.
- Contact your Corti Customer Success Manager to enable the AQUA integration in Corti.
- With the additional license from the Prerequisites, you will need to apply the license key to your XLerator (the database and license management software component for Priority Dispatch).
The integration then needs be enabled in a config file inside of AQUA, which can often just be done by your organization without needing Priority Dispatch(This needs to be enabled on a per-client basis, meaning that every workstation that needs this integration will need to update the INI file)
-
Open the AQUA7.INI located at C:\\ProgramData\\Priority Dispatch
-
Append this to the file
[Corti]
app=https://[customername].corti.live
StartTimeOffset=5
EndTimeOffset=5 - Note: [customername] will need to be replaced with the Environment ID for your organization's Corti instance.
Once these steps are taken, you should see a Corti icon in the Toolbar of your AQUA instance. Clicking the icon in AQUA will then launch Corti and automatically filter the page in Corti Explore to +/- 5 minutes of the documented timestamp in AQUA.
