1. About the Call List View
Beyond displaying your organization's calls in a structured format, the Call List View enables users to quickly display a custom subset of calls based on a combination of filtering criteria such as the call's date, protocol name, call-taker in charge, AI detection, review status, etc.
The Call List View is part of Corti Clear. If you need additional permission, contact your administrator.
At the top of the Call List View, users can use the search bar to conduct searches based on basic case properties. When provided with the appropriate permissions, users are able to perform searches based on additional criteria. In some cases, users will also be able to save filters for themselves and/or other users.
