1. About the Search Fields
Once you have created or opened a query, the Search Fields are where you enter the search terms you would like to track. Those are located at the top of your Query’s page.
You can search for any keyword or sentence in your calls by entering them in a query's search field(s). In addition, the search field's filters will enable you to narrow your search to specific subsets of call, defined by specific criteria.
