1. About the Single Case View

When a case has been selected, the Single Case View will open. The Single Case View gives access to a great deal of information which enables users to deep dive into an individual case.
From the Single Case View, users are able to play back the audio file of the call, view AI alerts and annotations, manually create annotations, filter the display of annotations, and view AI assigned QI scores for the case. In addition, users are able to fill out review forms for the case, assign the case for review by a specific reviewer, and view existing reviews of the case.
The Single Case View can be accessed in Corti Clear. If you need additional permission, contact your administrator.
